Ok. So I started this post when Avery was one day old. She's now 10. That should indicate how much "free time" I have right now. I don't know how my friends with babies do it - I'm jealous!
Anyway... I'm not making any promises with this blog. I will try to update it with photos at least once a week. Not sure about accompanying commentary. I know, I know. I'm a funny, witty person and you'd all like to read what I have to say. I'll try to entertain you when I can!
So...here's the post I started. And some photos. They were all taken the first two days. I will have Joe help me get some more pictures added soon.

Well, Avery decided to make her entrance exactly one week early AND on her sister's birthday! I woke up about 12:20 a.m. and could tell she was going to make her entrance on the 22nd.
I was in labor almost exactly 11 hours, which isn't horrible, but it was no picnic, either! Especially with an almost-nine pound baby!
Anyway...enough talking. I'll use this post to show pictures - enjoy!
